Far too many people blindly accept correction
from spell checker software while failing to
recognize that they must differentiate
between the similar words. With homonyms, since
both examples are valid words, your spell
checker will not pick up the mistake.
We submit the following humorous examples to
demonstrate how easily we can all be led astray
by blindly accepting spell checker conclusions
and corrections.
(Most spell checkers will find no errors in
the following fun items.)

Eye trussed to bee a joule.
The checker poured o'er every word,
To cheque sum spelling rule.
That's why aye brake in two averse
By righting wants too pleas.
Sow now ewe sea why aye dew prays
Such soft wear for pea seas.
